Not sure if its our weather which affects the water and it cause the tarts and bread to taste different or? It was a long hype for Paul's when it first open. Was as excited as everyone else as i heard many raves about it. But the quality compared to the one in France is a big difference.. the fruit tart is dry, the chocolate croissant is not as fluffy as the one in France, the chocolate taste different too.
