my mother da bao home for me the hokkien mee from the limbang food centre zi char stall. their hokkien mee is the wet kind. Not like the fried hokkien prawn mee. this one had black sauce and the noodles is the flat yellow mee. the gravy is very tasty and they added quite a lot of ingredients like prawn, sotong and meat. The noodle is like the normal yellow noodle but only flat. i prefer this kind of noodles as it has gravy and is not too dry.
