The unique selling point of this restaurant is the traditional way of sselling dim sum, which is to use a trolley to move around the restaurant shouting to potential customers the name of the dim sum on the trolley. I still can recall my parents bring me and my sister to Red Star for dim sum. I was sharing with my hubby about red star and like to bring my parent-in-law for dim sum.
