This Indonesian Stall is one of the hot favourites during lunch and dinner time at Jurong Point.During lunch and dinner, there will be long queues, waiting time can be up to 30mins because every order was made fresh, the chef need to grill the chicken or fish.The stall aunty was quite stingy with their famous sambal chilli sauce. I worked overtime and was very hungry, so I decided to packet this Grilled Chicken set meal home to eat. It comes with a huge yummy chicken drumstick, egg omelette, a bowl of rice. I love the huge chicken drumstick. The meat is tender, tasty and the BBQ sauce that accompanies it simply complements the chicken meat and helps to add flavors to it. The combination of the huge chicken drumstick and the BBQ sauce is simply awesome. However the egg omelette tasted normal.I think this Grilled Chicken

As I had a craving for the BBQ Grilled Chicken, I decided to order a set and have it for my dinner. It cost $4.80 and consist of a BBQ Grilled Chicken Drumstick, egg and rice with curry sauce. I was here to have lunch with a colleague. I ordered the grilled chicken leg with the malay style white curry gravy. It came with a piece of omelette too. The coconut milk infused gravy has got a strong coconut taste. Its taste was not as spicy as the normal red curry gravy but more creamy with a hint of slight spiciness. The texture of the chicken leg was just right with its tenderness and juiciness still retained. The egg omelette tasted just normal. The overall taste was quite good.

This Grilled fish set is very delicious. The fish was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The sauce on it was very nice too. It goes very well with the rice. However, the fish was a little oily as I can see the oil itself on the side of the fish with the sauce. The egg tastes good together with the fish and rice. The soup given was also nice, and it's light. The service was good but I had to wait for some time for the person to grill the fish.

Love this Indonesian cuisine as it is really cheap and affordable. Most importantly, it tastes really delicious! Huge barberque whole drumstick is served on the plate. The sauce used to marinate the chicken is really sweet and tasty. Cabbage is served to make the full set a healthier version. A lighter version of curry gravy is also available for us to pour onto the rice to add on that additional flavour to this dish. I went to jurong point with my friends especially to eat the Indonesian panggang chicken. One thing we love about this stall is that the food is good and the service is very fast. I ordered their chicken leg set and added vegetables to my set. The vegetables is stir fried, despite looking very plain, it did taste quite nice. I was absolutely famished the other night, so I settled for the riverside indonesian bbq food for my dinner. The portion is rather big for me, especially the chicken. So it is very value for money. I ordered the ayam panggang. It was really good, the chicken was very fat and juicy. I love the sauce that coats the chicken. They add curry sauce over my rice, making it very fragrant and tasty. there is also a piece of fried egg too. I strongly recommend this ayam panggang. The chicken is so tender

I had the chicken and squid combi set, instead of the usual chicken and fish. Changed the usual egg to vegetables and it was an awesome meal! The squid given was quite a big piece and I had a lot of pieces to finish! Could not really taste the BBQed flavour though because there was too much sweet sauce over it. Ikan Panggang on the stall's menu stated " grilled fish". However, the fish that I received was fried, not grilled. Anyways, the dark sauce coating the fish was delicious, it has a sweet taste to it. When I eat at Kopitiam food courts, I always looks out for this dish. It is a delicious and filling meal. I ordered the chicken and fish set which came along with an egg or vegetables if you ask for a change. I prefer the fish to the chicken. The entire fish was soaked in the black sweet sauce and its skin was still crispy which was heavenly! However, too much of the black sweet sauce might make you sick of eating it after awhile. I am craving for BBQ food so I think of the Riverside Indonesian BBQ. Lucky I could find it at Jurong Point top floor food court that opposite of the Golden Village Cinema. It’s very crowded I could say, especially on weekend. I took like 15mins to find seats for 2. I’ve ordered the BBQ squid and BBQ chicken, my all time favorite.
