Surprise to find an excellent plate of Hainanese Chicken Rice at Marina bay area, Menu was hawker-style delicious. No one will deny the famous dish in Singapore, recommendation was from my friend. The stall offered flexible mix and match, roasted or braised choices available. Appeared hygiene and neat, stall was well-maintained. There was a queue upon we arrived, waiting time was not too lengthy and moved fast.Juicy tender chicken meat, the portion was for two persons. Just a plain-looking plate, it was relatively comfort food. Chicken was fresh cooked, light soy sauce was decent yummy to drizzle over. Yet, I don’t eat the skin. Cucumber was served at bottom as dressing, perfectly merged.Rice was fluffy aromatic, good enough to be eaten alone. Softly smooth every spoon, saltiness was just nice for my liking.
