I love the wraps and Salads & Wraps, particularly the Mexican Beef Wrap, which is tasty, cheesy, with a tad bit of spice to it. I also like this place as they are very flexible when it comes to what you want in your wrap. If you dont want anything, you can simply request to substitute with another ingredient. The pumpkin wrap is very delicious too. The only drawback is that there is no sitting area.

At Salads & Wraps, one can select from a variety of freshly made Specialty Salads & Wraps.Besides that, one can also create your own Salads or Wraps from the outlet's wide range of more than 30 Throw-In freshly prepared daily. The dressing used here is made fresh at the shop with Olive Oil as base and NO MSG or Artificial flavours added.Wraps and salads are prepared a la minute, very fast.One of the Specialty Wraps is Avocado Shrimp Wrap($8.00). It is filled with Mixed Greens, Cucumber, Onion, Tomatoes, Raisins, Avocado and Shrimps wrapped in Plain Wheat tortilla. For additional of 30 cents, you can change the Plain Wheat tortilla to flavoured tortilla. For spinach tortilla, I cannot taste any different from the usual plain tortilla. The wrap is quite crispy and crunchy with vegetables.As for Specialty Salads, Santa Fe Salad ($8.00/ junior size) is the best seller. It is filled with Mixed Greens, Cabbage, Carrots, Onions, Tomatoes, Sweet Corn, Grilled Chicken Strips tossed in sweet Honey Mustard dressing. Also tastes quite light and crispy.Due to its light taste in both salad and wrap, one feel quite healthy and full after eating. A great choice for takeaway. Hopefully they can expand with seats for dine in.

It was around late afternoon when I visited Salads & Wraps to take away some food in order to avoid traffic jam during peak period. Anyway, there is no seats for this shop. For take-away only.I bought Shrimp Wrap $ 7.20 and I can choose 5 throw-ins. There are at least 5 prawns (full-bodied), really appreciate the freshness but without the sauce, the taste of the prawns are plain. However, if will to consider healthy living then guess it's ok for some people.The vegetables are not shredded. The other inputs I've added include parmesan cheese flakes, oranges, macaroni, and tuna flakes!! Sauce- i've chosen raspberry vinaigrette, which suits me. I've tried their Chicken Caesar Wrap (one of their best selling) some time ago, but I still prefer their "Create Your Own Salads or Wraps" as I find it more worthwhile in terms of price and you can mix and match the ingredients to suit your tastebuds that day. last but not least - Santa Fe Salad, which consist of mixed greens, cabbage, carrots, onions, tomatoes, sweet corn, grilled chicken strips tossed in sweet honey mustard dressing. I would just keep it short here because personally i think it's the dressing is outstanding.All ingredients are fresh! Just a little comment, I would think it's better to give the patrons a choice to have the wrap toasted.
