There was a constant queue right in front of this stall. It was so during the few times when i was here too. I decided to find out for myself what could be the possible reason behind such a queue? I joined in and waited for about 10 minutes to order.The boss greeted me with a smile when he asked for my order. Such friendly service might be one of the reasons that gotten their customers to keep coming back. Since this stall is about pig's organ soup then i should just try it. I was given the selection of $3.50, $4.50 and $5.50 portion to choose. I decided to go with the $4.50 to take away.It was ready in a bit. An extra 0.20 cents to be charged for taking away.The portion is good to be shared amongst 2. It has got quite a bit of ingredients like small intestine, big intestine, pig stomach, pork liver, pork belly, lean meat, salted vegetable and tomato in it. There was no strange taste detected so i assumed these spare parts were cleaned pretty well before cooking it. The texture of these ingredients has got a certain chewiness with the right softness achieved. The soup has got a comforting salted vegetable taste with just the right level of saltiness. This might not be the best tasting pig's organ soup that i have tried but i enjoyed it somewhat. However, my partner did not like it. Please take note that this stall is off on every Monday. Beside the pig's organ soup that they are supposedly famous for they do serve pig's trotter together with braised pork belly and side items like tau kwa, tau pok and braised egg.

This pig organ soup i que for 20 minute and finally get it, i must say the chilli is good as it's abit sweet and spicy and this is what organ soup chilli should be like. The soup is sweet and alittle pepper spicy and when this is good to drink during cold weather. The meat and organ are well cooked as for the liver is cooked just nice. Nothing inside the bowl of organ soup is over cooked, meat is soft and the rice is good. The rice is not those :"New rice" because new rice will tend to be sticky and alot of moist but this is not sticky and it feel good in my mouth. Service wise is still okay not bad but for place wise is a hawker so still alright at least the table are maintain by the cleaner there =) .. worth to que
