Usually I will leave subway satisfied with their sandwiches but the salad seemed to be a far cry from their sandwiches. The salad just taste weird and it was also hard to finish as it felt gelat halfway through the meal. The Italian B.M.T. sub at Subway is just amazing. The soft and yet chewy Parmesan bread is very fragrant, and the generous serving of ham and pepperonis make the sub exceptionally savory. I had the subway's 6 inches sandwich for lunch. For the choice of bread, I chose to have my favorite honey oat. Since there's this promotion of having a 6 inch sandwich with a drink for $5, I decided to choose Ham as my filling (choose from tuna, egg mayo, ham and cold cut trio) Service is fast but if it is during peak lunch hour, there will be a small waiting time for your sandwich to be ready. A 6inch sandwich is good enough for a healthy lunch, filled me up till dinner time. Even though it is on a promotion price, the fillings is still the same. Subway is a healthy option for dining our as compared to most other options. I usually get teriyaki chicken sandwich with honey oat bread. The chicken is moist and flavourful and the bread is fluffy and soft, especially good when toasted so the cheese melts onto it and the bun gets crisp on the outside. Subway is my healthier choice of meal with overloading of vegetables in the bread. And I had Chicken breast with 6" subway Hearty Italian bread toasted with cheese for the night. Cost: S$5.60Meji Strawberry Yogurt and Drinking Water. There are other available choice to choose (chips or cookies) instead of Yogurt. Cost: S$2.90Total amount for my dinner. Last week, I went out for lunch with a friend from work. We headed to Sub way. I ordered for a tuna combo ( Sub+ iced tea) plus a cookie for an extra $. The combo costed 5$. This is the first time I tried a tuna sub, as I was always skeptical to try it out,thinking I may not like it. But since my friend suggested that I should try it, so I did. The tuna & mayo filling was awesome. Now i prefer the Tuna subs compared to the other Subs :). I am not so fond of veggies but asked for some lettuce, jalapenos & olives with ranch dressing. This is a $5 combo which is a 6 inch sandwich plus a cup of soft drinks that only cost $5, and for Subway food, $5 for a set is really a great deal! The picture i took may be different from the advertisement, everyone knows that, but most importantly is the taste. It comes with 4 slices of ham and 2 slices of triangular cheese. It tastes really great with lettuce, onions and olives, which i always put the same, choose yellow mustard for the sauce and Italian bread for the bun. After my lunch, I had a craving to have something sweet, since I have a sweet tooth .Luckily I spotted a Subway & I love their brownies & cookies, so I just walked into Subway without any hesitation & bought myself a chocolate chip cookie. The cookie is so yummy. It is crunchy at the edges & soft & chewy in the centre, its more like a brownie. The taste of the melted choco chips in the cookie is heavenly. Had their chicken breast wrap here the other day and really enjoyed it! I actually prefer the wraps to the breads whenever i order subway. Love the taste and flavour of the chicken and the abundant supply of vegetables in the wrap! The sauces were very good too and i love it that it is well mixed together with the ingredients! I was feeling slightly hungry and yet did not want to eat anything too filling since I am having dinner in just an hour's time, so I decided to go for a subway cookie while waiting for my hubby. I chose the white macademia nut cookie. Subway's cookies are the crumbly and slighty chewy types which are vastly different from the cookies that I usually have. However, I still find myself snacking at their cookies because I love chewy stuff and I thought it is a very different texture which sets subway's cookies from other cookies. The white macademia nuts within the cookie are quite well spread and biting into each of them is a delight.
