Usually I will leave subway satisfied with their sandwiches but the salad seemed to be a far cry from their sandwiches. The salad just taste weird and it was also hard to finish as it felt gelat halfway through the meal. The chicken breast would have been better if they had cut it into smaller pieces but they were tender enough. Guess I'll just stick to their sandwiches.

The Italian B.M.T. sub at Subway is just amazing. The soft and yet chewy Parmesan bread is very fragrant, and the generous serving of ham and pepperonis make the sub exceptionally savory. Coupled with the crunch from the sauce and vegetables of your choice, like tomatoes, lettuce, cucumbers, green peppers, jalapenos, etc, the sub is not just a tasty but a healthy meal. I had the subway's 6 inches sandwich for lunch. For the choice of bread, I chose to have my favorite honey oat. Since there's this promotion of having a 6 inch sandwich with a drink for $5, I decided to choose Ham as my filling (choose from tuna, egg mayo, ham and cold cut trio) Service is fast but if it is during peak lunch hour, there will be a small waiting time for your sandwich to be ready. Subway is a healthy option for dining our as compared to most other options. I usually get teriyaki chicken sandwich with honey oat bread. The chicken is moist and flavourful and the bread is fluffy and soft, especially good when toasted so the cheese melts onto it and the bun gets crisp on the outside. Only thing is that it is pretty expensive for a fast food option.

Subway is the place to go for a quick healthy sandwich fix! Not too expensive and you can get a healthy meal for under $10. Choose lots of veggies and non-fat sauces and you can be rest assured that your lunch is good for you! I had the oven-roasted chicken breast sandwich with honey-mustard sauce and it was delicious! The restaurant was also clean and staff were relatively friendly.

Subway is one of the healthiest fast food chain. I love the parmesan oregano bread. It is dotted with nuts and healthy. My favourite sub would be the roast beef sub. The roast beef is succulent and tender. It is soft and easy to bite into and separate. It costs about $10 for a meal. The bread when toasted is crisp and yummy.

Last week, I went out for lunch with a friend from work. We headed to Sub way. I ordered for a tuna combo ( Sub+ iced tea) plus a cookie for an extra $. The combo costed 5$. This is a $5 combo which is a 6 inch sandwich plus a cup of soft drinks that only cost $5, and for Subway food, $5 for a set is really a great deal! After my lunch, I had a craving to have something sweet, since I have a sweet tooth .Luckily I spotted a Subway & I love their brownies & cookies, so I just walked into Subway without any hesitation & bought myself a chocolate chip cookie. The cookie is so yummy. It is crunchy at the edges & soft & chewy in the centre, its more like a brownie. The taste of the melted choco chips in the cookie is heavenly. I enjoyed every bite & always do whenever I treat myself to a cookie from Subway.

Had their chicken breast wrap here the other day and really enjoyed it! I actually prefer the wraps to the breads whenever i order subway. Love the taste and flavour of the chicken and the abundant supply of vegetables in the wrap! The sauces were very good too and i love it that it is well mixed together with the ingredients! It was lunch time and i did not know what to eat but after walking around i decided to head to subway. Ordered the subway melt as usual as it is my favourite sub at subway. They were rather generous with their fillings unlike some other outlets. I do not usually top up to get a meal instead as i feel that the cookies are too sweet for me already.
