Was there for dinner, before catching a movie at GV Tiong BahruNormally I would settle for the $5 meal with one additional cookie at $1 for Subway meals. But decided to try its Subway Melt this time, which cost me $9.80 as a meal. The Subway Meltz consists of ham, bacon and also melted cheese. With some lettuce, BBQ Sauce and Mayonnise, it tastes really great! My favorite is still Subway Cookies, which are priced at $1.20/ea, 3 for $3. My colleague suggested having Subway for lunch since we had some light bites during the meeting an hour ago. As we are not feeling too hungry, I decided to share a footer with my colleague since we both wanted the same sandwich which is the turkey sandwich. The spaces at Subway are quite limited so we took away our orders back to office to eat. The vegetables added to the sandwich is quite evenly spread out as I could taste all the vegetables. I love the freshness of the vegetables against the turkey meat. The overall taste is great and I enjoyed my sandwich a lot. The server for that day seemed to be quite generous with the vegetables as I mentioned I wanted more of tomatoes and he really added quite a lot to our sandwich. Moreover, he is also quite obliging when we requested for difference sauces on different halves of the footer sandwich as I prefered the mayo sauce while my colleague wanted another sauce. I was soooo happy when Subway open it's branch at Tiong Bahru Plaza, which means healthy sandwich is just within walkable distance! The subway is quite big, compare to other branches (with only the standing counter) and can sit up to maybe like 20-30 customers. The one and only sandwich I will order is definitely the oven roasted chicken bread, with honey oat bread. Their bread is made freshly everyday so I will not doubt the freshness of it. I am thankful that the sandwich artists are mostly friendly and listen well to your order (of veggies and sauce etc). However I have to remind them to give me more tomatoes not... they will just give like 3 pieces of it to your sandwich. I like how fresh and crunchy the vegetables as they make your sandwich more... crunchier with different kind of texture (bread, vegs, meat and finally bread again). Subway is popular amongst sandwich lovers for its wide variety of sandwiches it offers. It has a range of bread type for customers to choose from such as Honey oat etc. and a wide range of meat as well such as ham, tuna etc. It also has many types of vegetables such as lettue, pepper, tomatoes, onions, olives to choose from to go with the meat and bread. Although it was already 2.45pm when i came to buy subway, there was still a long queue. Ordered the chicken teriyaki sub as i wanted to try something different. So i was in tiong bahru with my cousin. Followed her to rent dvds. We were so hungry. So we decided to eat at subway since it's mean something since i ate in subway. I bought myself a Subway tuna with Honey oats. I have never tried any other meals. SADLY COS IT'S NOT HALAL. :( I really hope they turn subway into halal. Anyway back to my order. The other day after my shopping at Tiong Bahru Plaza, I went into Subway to buy one of its sandwiches. It was around 3pm and there is no customer queuing in front of me. I got the roast beef 6 inch sub as a takeaway. The service staff was quite attentive to my requests and was quite generous with the veggies. I find the roast beef slices to be thicker than normal. Subway is known for the freshness of the veges. I personally like subway because of the bread. Hearty italian is my favourite. Frequent this branch as it's near to my school. The staff were nice and friendly but slightly blur at times when I ask them about the student promotion they were having.They were too generous on the sauce and I always have to remind them to reduce the amount. Loves their cookies Overall good.…查看更多

It happens to be a monday so I decided to have subway for dinner as their promotional daily sub is roasted chicken breast. I ordered honey oat for my choice of bread (the more nutritional bread) and with the usual portion of vegetables. The chicken breast meat is quite tender and delicious after being toasted with two slices of cheese. For the sauce, I would strongly recommend honey mustard and ranch to go with the bread. …查看更多
