Opened in May 2022, SUSHI KYUU BY SHUNSUI is a sister restaurant of KAPPO SHUNSUI, the restaurant achieved Michelin Tokyo Guide’s Bib Gourmand fame from 2015 to 2017, and Michelin Plate Singapore from 2018 to 2021. The recipe and the culinary team are supervised by Chef Kuni Shimuta, the executive chef from KAPPO SHUNSUI.
