Thai & Viet Cuisine - Koufu (已結業)

This is the first time i saw green curry.It looks no good,but the taste is good.The spicyness is just right.It seem like very oily,but it's not,maybe the spicyness already hide it.They add quite lot of coconut milk,so it is not suitable for who whose stomach is no good.But the chicken is very few.The eggplant is very nice,it absorb the curry,so when i bite on it,it full with soup.

The chicken is quite tender,they are minced.It seem like not a thai type,it is more to chinese food.But, it is still nice.I like the sauce very much,a bit like chinese's "kok po". I heard that this stall is very dirty,but i still ordered There also got Vietnam type chillies.The chilli is very nice,different color and taste.It is bown in color.A bit sour to make us to have appetite.But it is not very spicy.

The Vietnam type chillies Very nice chillies indeed, different culture different style. This one is more to sour, and the chillies used is green chillies paddy as the colour tells. Not very spicy but very appetizing.Minced Chicken With Basil Leaves ($3.5)The chicken is quite tender coz they are minced, The gravy is not quite the Thai/Viet type, just very Chinese flavour. Anyway this was an awesome dinner for me. Recommended to order although some rumor said that this stall is quite dirty.
