Oh my!And for a good reason.My soup dumpling that cost $8.It was packed with exquisite ingredients and served in a bowl of comforting broth.Dont bother trying to share.You'd make an unnecessary mess. You've been warned! The crystal shrimp dumplings here were filled with plump juicy prawns.And the lotus leaf rice was of a good texture. Soft and savoury glutinous rice grains and generous ingredients.Under the Tung Lok group if you didn't know. My parents love this place.

The Paramount Restaurant is quite popular amongst many for the Ala Carte Buffet they offer. After trying the buffet many times, I got a bit sick of the spread, even though it's good value for money - sashimi, mini buddha jump over the wall, steamed live prawns etc.These days, I prefer to order the set meals or ala carte dishes.. and amongst these, the good dishes are Deep Fried Prawns with Pumpkin Sauce, Braised Bee Hoon with Crab Meat and also the Thai Style Braised Shark’s Fin with Crab Meat

This is one of the favourite restaurant that we will patronised whenever there is any celebration. And this round , it was to celebrate my auntie's birthday. We ordered quite a few dishes and the one that really impressed me this round was the Suckling Pig. The pig was well roasted and I can hardly see any fat in between the meat and the skin. The Paramount is under Tung Lok Group. The food quality is good. Especially Braised “Dong Po” Meat served with Fried Bun. Having CNY dinner for 6 persons. Food is sufficient and tasty. Tofu with 3 types of vegetables are quite a special dish that you hardly able to find on other restaurants. As for breakfast, you can choose to come here for Tim Sum, delicious
