This vegetarian stall has been operating at this Koufu outlet since it opened several years ago. I always like their wide variety of dishes and that they are not stingy with the food servings.I usually will eat the vegetarian beehoon with sides but today I'm ordering their new stir-fry dishes.Fried udon w/ assorted veggies in dark sauce $3.80The udon has some wok hei and as usual they were very generous with the assorted veggies which includes mushrooms, black fungus, carrot, cabbage and mock meat slices. This was a rather yummy dish. Do give it a try if you are around the vicinity.
