"Lala is mostly eaten as an accompaniment or side dish, and rarely as a main dish. As Lala lovers, we wanted to change that. Beyond just dishes, we wanted to create a whole new cuisine centered around this Lala-love. Our Asari clams are daily harvest from the coast of West Malacca & Perak and freshly delivered to Singapore. They are kept live in our self-build seawater tank and manually hand-picked to sieve out the dead ones before they enter the stove. Hence the freshness once they reach your mouth!
