I was here with my partner for a late dinner. We wanted something spicy so decided to go with BBQ Stingray. We ordered white rice to go with it. The stingray tasted quite fresh. It was nicely grilled before added the sambal chilli to bring out its flavor and to further enhance the taste. The level of spiciness for the sambal chilli was just right and not overpowering.
