FoodBolognese spaghetti the Italian spaghetti with minced meat and sauce. Served hot and prepared on spot. It really worth the travel to KOPI Seletar based on my friend's recommendation. The color of the sauce looks respectable as it was not too red. There is a balance between the minced meat and tomato used which I quite like about it. The liquid content in the sauce is acceptable as it was of consistency and not too watery.
