Brought a set of the kuay chap from this famous duck rice stall. This set of kuay chap includes a bowl of the kuay and a plate of side dishes which consists of small intestine, fish cake, tau pok, pig skin and sliced egg. The side ingredients used are fresh, sufficiently cooked and the small intestine and the pig skin does not have the raw smell. As for the gravy wise, it is not too salty and goes quite well with the side dish. As for the kuay, it has a soft and smooth texture, does not stick together and the soup is also sufficiently seasoned with slight spice flavour.
