Had my lunch at Zac's Restaurant. Hibiscus Drink - Sour but refreshing. Tasted abit like ribena but with a floral taste. Moroccan Soup - Although the soup was quite clear, but it had quite a strong taste of mutton. Quite a fair bit of vegetables which you can find in a minestrone soup. Lamb Shank with Rice - The lamb shank was huge and very tender. You can literally tear off the meat with a fork. The rice was nicely cooked with very nice olive favor.Overall it was quite a nice place to dine in

The food is ok, but it does not really fit the name Mediterranean to me. As someone who had stayed in that region before, I was shocked to see the waraq inab or rice wrapped with grapevines to be served icy cold and in just a very little portion with the price of $8 for 8 rolls. The Arabs served them hot like other rice dishes.For the tea,when serving; it should be put in small teapots and should be really hot. It will slowly cool once it is poured into small cups.
