A day I'm craving for Ngoh Hiang, I proposed to have our dinner at Taman Jurong Market & Food Centre as we can get to choose from a wide variety of food...The deep fried ngoh hiang is really great...It's so crunchy, unlike the other stalls I've tried...I also like the century egg with ginger slice, the gooey texture complements the fried stuff very nicely...
