Was here to celebrate a friend's birthday and we decided to try the buffet spread here since there's OCBC credit card promotion going on. Since we went on a weekday evening, the place seems to be quiet and of cos we would prefer a quiet environment to dine rather than a crowded and noisy place. Was here to celebrate a friend's birthday and we decided to try the buffet spread here since there's OCBC credit card promotion going on. Since we went on a weekday evening, the place seems to be quiet and of cos we would prefer a quiet environment to dine rather than a crowded and noisy place. The buffet spread/counter/area was kind of small, but I thought it was quite elegantly presented (everything at small quantity and look quite fresh too in a way). My favorite section is the cooked food section as it offers quite a standard range of food ranging from western to oriental. My favorite dish is surprisingly the... fried rice. It is very fragrant and the chef did a good job is frying this dish. The rice grain separates well from each other and though it is a normal and simple thing, it is definitely not easy to cook up a dish to have a taste like that if you are not an experienced chef. The service is good too, maybe because we are the few customers in the restaurant but then again, I must say that the servers are quite attentive to our needs. Overall an enjoyable meal!
