My girlfriend and I went to the tastings room for lunch. We decided to take up their three course set menu. I had their truffle wild mushroom puree soup for my appetizers, confit of French duck leg for my main and their tiramisu for dessert. The soup was really thick and flavourful. Could not imagine so much flavours can be found in the bowl of soup. The soup had this rich mushroom flavour. It was really very delicious and the flavours still stay in my head.
