My girlfriend and I went to the tastings room for lunch. We decided to take up their three course set menu. I had their truffle wild mushroom puree soup for my appetizers, confit of French duck leg for my main and their tiramisu for dessert. The soup was really thick and flavourful. Could not imagine so much flavours can be found in the bowl of soup. The soup had this rich mushroom flavour. It was really very delicious and the flavours still stay in my head. The portion of the French duck leg was pretty large. It was cooked so perfectly. The meat was so tender and the flavours were infused into the meat. The gravy was so tasty and goes so well with the duck. The tiramisu was an awesome way to end the meal. It was so delicious, the mascarpone cheese went so well with the coffee liqueur. The flavours lingered in my mouth for sometime. I think it was really great food.
