Kith café is actually quite prevalent to many and I’ve been wanting to try in a long time ever since I heard a lot about their breakfast brunch. Finally, I decided to go there one late afternoon to have a quick bite for dinner. I visited the Park Mall branch, just across Plaza Singapura and this cafe is pretty accessible and visible. Upon seated, they will bring you their menu in a clipboard which was very nifty. I realized that breakfast was not all day. It will be great if they have all day breakfast but breakfast is till 3pm. After browsing through, I decided to go for the Grilled Eggplant Sandwich ($14) and a Latte ($4). While my friend ordered a Kith Macchiato ($4).

Grilled Eggplant Sandwich ($14) – I really love this sandwich and was so glad I ordered it. It was filled with baby spinach at the bottom of the toast together with grilled eggplant, tomatoes, sprinkled with generous amount of white truffle oil and some bits of Brie cheese. The toasts of this sandwich were multigrain bread and came freshly toasted as it was still warm. The truffle oil’s aroma was really fragrant and the arrangement all the ingredients just make it really wholesome.
Kith Macchiato ($4) – Left Latte ($4) – Right
I enjoyed the freshly brewed Latte cause the acidity was just nice. Most importantly, the flavour was balance and not too overwhelming.
The Macchiato came with marshmallow on top, according to my friend, it was too bitter. I might give this a try it the next time around.
I enjoyed the cosy environment of this café. The décor was well-designed and have a really cosy atmosphere which makes it great for hang-out. Overall, it was certainly value for money and worth trying if you are craving for something healthy in a relaxing atmosphere. Definitely going back to try their breakfast brunch and bringing my bunch of girlfriends there. 張貼
