It’s the best mooncake i had this year! Ordered the white lotus paste with single egg yolk mooncake as I’m not a fan of egg yolk. When i cut the mooncake, i was quite disappointed as the yolk is right in the middle( that means i’ll have to eat the yolk too...). But to my surprise, i actually like the additional blend of flavour. Their egg yolk lifted the whole taste, not too dry, not too oily but just nice! The lotus paste is great too.
