It was a long wait before Itacho Sushi decided to open an outlet in Singapore. I had tried it in Hong Kong before. The queue was quite long when we reached the outlet at Ion Orchard. We waited for quite a while before we managed to get our seats. You can expect to be served fresh sashimi in this sushi joint. We ordered salmon sashimi and scallops. They were delicious.
