Cocotte had recently opened a pastry counter featuring a wide variety of baked goodies that uses good quality ingredients. As i had a heavy lunch, i decided to go for their refreshing citron tart which is a popular item in their menu. A dollop of cream and a dainty raspberry lies on tope of the lemon tart. The lemon curd taste was nicely balance, not too sour but not too sweet, reserving the lemon fragrance. However, the tart base was really 'resilient' as i had a hard time cutting it with my fo
