Tea Leaf Prawn - Something unique as the prawns were served in a basket, looking like a bouquet of prawns garnished with tea leaves. The prawns were of a good size and well seasoned with a sweet sauce which was very tasty. Definitely will order this dish during next visit! $29.90 for a medium sized plate.
Fried Hwa Heng Bee Hoon - A very special beehoon topped with vegetables, mushroom slices, seaweed, prawns and eggs. The beehoon is translucent and has a kind of chewy feel. It was said that the flavour of the beehoon comes from the rich milky pork bone stock and other ingredients which were cooked for hours. It seems to be a popular dish with customers. $15.90 (Medium Order)
Soon Hock Fish - The steamed Soon Hock was succulent and the sauce goes very well with the steamed fish.Topping the fish with parsley does not only makes it attractive but adds flavour to this freshly steamed fish. $8.90 per 100. This fish weighs 900g.
Premium Tie Guan Yin - Yes Premium! A generous serving of the Tie Guan Yin tea leaves in a container which sits well inside the cup while it brews. A nice fragrance greets you when you lift the cover and every sip was so refreshing! $4.80per serving.
Hot Yam Paste in s nice portion topped with a Gingo Nut. The Yam paste was smooth and the sweetness level was just right. A delightful hot dessert @ $3.90per serving.
Pumpkin Cream with a scoop of ice cream. The pumpkin cream is fantastic on its own but scooping it with a bit of the ice cream is wonderful! This dessert was served in a glass bowl which was slanted at an angle which makes one feel as if it will topple, but not at all...a novelty serving manner indeed. This nice cool treat iis @ $4.90per serving.
