This stall has always gotten one of the longest queues in this food centre during lunch. I still decided to join in when i was there. I waited for about 15 minutes before gotten my order of dry prawn noodle with pork ribs for $4.00. I know it might not sounds too healthy but i always requested for additional fried pork lards to be added together with extra chilli powder to enhance the overall flavor.Their ingredients like the prawns and pork ribs have always tasted fresh. Their ingredients like the prawns and pork ribs have always tasted fresh. The texture of the pork ribs definitely worth commendable, it was cooked till the right softness. And so, when you bite it, the meat came off the bone effortlessly.
The owner is always smiling and never forgets to say 'thank you' each time. He is the 2nd generation taken over the stall from his father. Both father and son ever appeared on the TV once. Their business used to be rather bad when the son newly taken over the business but with the assistance of an renowned Chef that came out with an improvised recipe then the business started to take off once more.
This stall probably has one of the better customer service amongst other hawker stalls in Singapore. Such is definitely a good effort to be kept up.
