Ritz Apple Strudel

My brother was feeling generous today and so he bought back home an entire apple strudel for the family. it cost $19.80 for a 15 inch loaf. the size was just nice for the entire family with extras left for the nxt day. the strudel itself was was crispy and flacky. it crumpled and flaked the moment the fork cuts into it. the apple also gave a slight crunch. there was however a lack of cream. making it kinda dry for the apples bits. it would hav tasted much vetter if there was more cream.
