Venue: Had window seating so could people watch.Service: Slow. No one comes to refill water. Staff standing around, not really doing much. Have to try really hard to get their attention. They pretend they can't see you unless you yell.Value: Food's not great. Very average.Food: Chips were bad! Soggy, limp, skinny chips are gross!
