For whatever reason, I was under the impression that Omakase Burger was Japanese and a pricier version of MOS Burger. But as it turns out, Omakase Burger isn't Japanese at all. It was actually started by 2 local boys. And while Omakase Burger is indeed more expensive than MOS Burger, it has American stylings, without any Japanese influences. And, it is admittedly overpriced, especially in light of the small-ish portions. However, the pricetags are quickly negated by the awesomeness of the burgers here.

Each artery-clogging burger is dripping with delicious juices and the buns are such fluffy pillows of buttery goodness. The burgers here are built on a base of textured hand-ground beef patty medium done, fresh tomatoes, wilted onions, crisp lettuce, melted cheese and a dollop of that tangy spiced secret sauce. Anything else extra like bacon and mushrooms merely counts as a variation of the base stuff.
