Specially went to try out Santouka's famous pork cheek ramen. Indeed, it live up to its name! The ramen were authentic and the soup base is good too. eating this makes me feel like I'm back to Japan. The main highlight is actually the pork cheek, which literally melts in my mouth!! too awesome. The noodles were very chewy too. Added a chawanmushi too and the steam egg were nicely flavored.
