I don't remember what brought my boyfriend and I to Xin Wang Hong Kong Café once again, despite our bad experience at another outlet previously.I won't say that it's a casual dining restaurant with one of the best services and food standard around, honestly there's nothing fanciful about it. Anyway, I ordered a western course- black pepper pork chop with tomato based spaghetti. The pasta was a little overcooked, too soft and the tomato pasta sauce tasted like instant ones. The pork chop on the other hand, was really oily but bland and that particular piece (or is it every piece) was extremely fatty. Also, the black pepper sauce on it tasted... strange.
