I guess the slip in quality is to be expected for a chain that has been continuingly expanding itself for the past decade.The pizzas are still delicious, but they are shrinking in size with less toppings on them. The Hot "n" Spicy drumlets are still my highlight for every visit.
The environment is often noisy, with kids and school-going youths making a din.
However, the service is horrible. The staff is rude, slow and often clumsy. The plates are not clear on time, often until when the table is needed will the plates be cleared. The orders that came are also frequently wrong. Definitely need more training!
