Headed over to this Bak Kut Teh stall along Mohammed Sultan, River Valley Road for supper after a night out.This stall opens till really late, I'm not sure if it's 24 hours. They serve the black peppery soup base range of bak kut teh. I had this with a bowl of rice and a shared pork knuckle.
The meat was lean and tender; it fell of its bone easily, not needing tedious effort to chew. The soup is fragrant and tasty.
