This stall opens till really late, I'm not sure if it's 24 hours. They serve the black peppery soup base range of bak kut teh. The name, bak kut teh, literally translates as "meat bone tea", and, at its simplest, consists of meaty pork ribs simmered in a complex broth of herbs and spices. I had this with a bowl of rice and a shared pork knuckle.

The meat was lean and tender; it fell of its bone easily, not needing tedious effort to chew. The soup is fragrant and tasty.
