The Bao Zai stall at the ABC Brickworks Food Centre has appeared on TV before and i wanted to try it since the pau looks tempting. The paus are the mini pau size and can be eating in 1 mouthful. I ordered the char siew pau to try. The skin was nice and fluffy and the generous char siew filling tasted good and not too sweet. Best eaten when it is hot.
