It is smooth and silky. Most importantly, the bean curd isn't too sweet, which is the problem with many traditional bean curds that i eat from markets. the hot bean curd is always the best selling, I choose the cold one, cold bean curd is abit hard and not as tender as the hot ones, but it is still very nice, not too sweet too.
