When 51 beancurd first open at Tampines Mall, they always had a long queue of customers! I joined in and takeaway four bowls to share with my mom! We wanted to try all the different flavours that they were selling. Original, Almond, Mango and Strawberry! There is Durian flavour too but it's sold out. The texture of the bean curd was soft and smooth, similar to Lao Ban. I prefer the milky taste of Lao Ban though, which always just literally melt in my mouth. Original flavour is still the best fol
