Decided to get some of my favourite Beancurd Skin rolls at Ho Kee Pau but the stall only left one piece so I ordered a Beancurd Chives roll. Both of them are equally oily but I prefer the Beancurd Skin Roll cause the taste is not as heavy as the Beancurd Chives roll.
