Decided to get some of my favourite Beancurd Skin rolls at Ho Kee Pau but the stall only left one piece so I ordered a Beancurd Chives roll. Both of them are equally oily but I prefer the Beancurd Skin Roll cause the taste is not as heavy as the Beancurd Chives roll. The Beancurd Skin roll was slightly better, with little prawns and meat in it. Quite crunchy with the fried beancurd skin.
