An interesting concept by Tsukada Nojo, Bijin Nabe, also known as "Beauty Pot" is a pot of soup using their signature solidified collagen to add in their soup base for the "beauty effect". Since this is rare to be found in Singapore, I decided to try it. Ordered the signature bijin nabe chicken soup, comes with fresh hot pot ingredients to go with. Since this is rare to be found in Singapore, I decided to try it. Ordered the signature bijin nabe chicken soup, comes with fresh hot pot ingredients to go with. Recommended to drink the soup first with the melted collagen (have a taste of it) before putting in the remaining stuffs. The soup is very tasty, one of the best I've had. Like what we always say, the amount of money you pay for quality food is worthy as the restaurant uses fresh ingredients to serve to their customer. Like the authentic Japanese restaurant feel too, like as if I am dining in Japan. Definitely be back for more beauty soup!
