I was at IMM window shopping one day and was attracted to this café for it’s tea time promotion advertisement placed outside their shop. They offered affordable prices at $3.90 for a main dish during their tea time. Thus I gave it a try but was slightly disappointed after tasting the food. I ordered the beef noodle soup.
