Launched by two Aussies in 2009, BERGS Burger marries both Eastern and Western flavours together with homespun recipes to delight your taste buds. Here we are at the East Coast branch after a strenuous workout. I ordered the Mumbo Jumbo ($14.5 - Large) and Calvin ordered BERG with Cheese ($14.5 - Large).
Chunky chicken breast was perfectly spiced with Cajun and flavoured by the smoky char grill. The thought of it just whets my appetite.
While the freshly grilled beef patty, marinated with BERGS spices, went really well with the hint of Blue Cheese.
Essentially, each of us spent approximately $20 which was a little steep. However, I wasn't disappointed as the burgers were truly gourmet.
