Went to Raffles City on a Monday afternoon. After some hectic hours of shopping , decided to stop at Fruit Paradise (Basement One) for some tea. Service was good - efficient and courteous. They had a Tart set - a slice of their signature tarts and a drink ( soft drink/ fruit soda/ blend tea/coffee). Value for money at $9.80++, considering a slice of tart on its own is about $7 ++.
