The best dried knuckle that never tried before..have tried so many outlets I still prefer Soon Huat Bak Kut Teh in Singapore..The price is also very reasonable and the staffs there is so nice and friendly..they play soft music and Christian songs to make the atmosphere so relax..during the last visit I found out that most of the staffs there including the boss is an ex convict,it really make me go and support them even more.After eaten so many braised trotter Soon Huat is still the best..their B

They also keep coming out new dishes to let customers to have more choices..they are also social enterprise company that help ex convict and homeless..they are also the social enterprise winner in 2014.
