I was never a fan of fish because I was choked by fish bones twice when I was younger. I had to dine at Fish & Co a few times as I needed to attend some lunch and dinner gatherings but was never impressed with the food there. One day, a customer of mine wanted to have fish for lunch in the east and we were brought to Big Fish at Siglap. It was a quiet afternoon and there wasn't much customers around so the first impression of this place wasn't that great. I placed an order for a snapper dish
One day, a customer of mine wanted to have fish for lunch in the east and we were brought to Big Fish at Siglap. It was a quiet afternoon and there wasn't much customers around so the first impression of this place wasn't that great. I placed an order for a snapper dish and the others had fish & chips and also the seafood platter. Every dish that came out from the kitchen was created with passion, the taste was great and the seafood were fresh. I was caught by pleasant surprise that I would actually fall in love with fish all over again!
