Brewerkz cooks up some of the most satisfying American food to be found in Singapore, but it's going to cost you 2-3x what a similar meal would in the USA.The burgers are delicious -- toasted bun, meaty patty (I like the Cowboy smothered with bacon, cheese and BBQ sauce), and even a pickle on top (It's so hard to find good pickles in Singapore). And they come with the choice of fries or onion rings - both really yummy and crispy. They also do really good nachos topped with sour cream, guacamole

They also do really good nachos topped with sour cream, guacamole, melted cheese, jalapenos, etc. but you'll be paying over $25 for a plate (more if you want to add chili).
A couple other things I've tried haven't been as good -
Pulled pork sandwich: BBQ sauce on the meat was waaaay too sweet
Chicken strips: Dry and chewy, plus the sauce served with them was tartar sauce - yuck! They need to get some sweet and sour, honey mustard, or other option.
Falafel burger: The falafel patty had definitely been frozen then popped in the deep fryer. It was really mushy inside and bland.
I definitely enjoy American food, but for 2 people to share an appetizer then each have a burger and beer you're looking at a minimum bill of $100 after tax/tip. Brewerkz has good food, but you pay a lot for what it is.
