The texture of this dessert is not too goey and I love the crunchy texture of the chestnut! Bird nest is a delight itself but coupled with the other ingredients in this dish, it’s heavenly. Plus be a little adventures and try out unique dishes such as “Braised Goose Web with Mushroom & Broccoli - 西兰花鹅掌扣花菇”. I loved it. The braised goose web is springy and extremely delicious. You have to try it!
