I was shopping around with my husband when we decided to go to thai express for lunch. I could not decide what to have so I was taking quite some time scanning through the menu. I settled for their black pepper soft shell crab. I am a huge fan of soft shell crab. The crab must be crunchy yet when you chew into it, it has to be juicy. The portion of the soft shell crab that I was served was a lot. I simply love the black pepper sauce they prepared the crab with. It was a little spicy but it adds

The portion of the soft shell crab that I was served was a lot. I simply love the black pepper sauce they prepared the crab with. It was a little spicy but it adds flavour to the crab. The crab was indeed what I wanted, crispy and yet juicy. It was really good.
