Decided to head to BlackBall for some nice Taiwanese desserts, after craving for some nice taiwanese taro ball dessert for the week! The shop was rather small and there were limited seats inside, so we had to order a takeaway bowl. We ordered their BlackBall Signature, which came with a cornucopia of ingredients: ice shavings, grass jelly, sweet potato balls, yam balls, red bean and pearls. The shop was rather small and there were limited seats inside, so we had to order a takeaway bowl. We ordered their BlackBall Signature, which came with a cornucopia of ingredients: ice shavings, grass jelly, sweet potato balls, yam balls, red bean and pearls. The portion was rather generous and could probably feed two person nicely. This cold dessert is definitely very refreshing in our hot weather and it is a joy chewing on the various toppings and savouring the flavours. We did not add the milk provided as my friend was concerned it would get too sweet.
