This is the Blue Phantom drink from Ichiban Sushi. It is basically a mixture of blueberry puree and sprite, topped off with a big scoop of vanilla ice cream and a cherry on top. Even though the ingredients may sound like they do not complement each other, well, the truth is it wasn't so bad. Granted it wasn't really all that great, but at least it didn't taste weird and it was refreshing. I also found it a little bit sweet but my dining partner found it acceptable so i guess its just me. I also felt the ice cream on top wasn't exactly necessary- wish they sold blue phantom without the ice cream as well. 張貼
