The soup did not taste "natural" but felt like it was flavoured with m.s.g and there was a peppery taste to it too. There were not many ingredients to choose from but enough to satisfy. They had pan fried the ingredients first before placing them in the soup so it was a little oily but more tasty. The YTF tastes above average as compared to other yong tau foos and it sort of reminds me of the famous ones although not as good. It's worth the try but I'll suggest you to get the dry noodles instead as it's a more special rendition.
